power cleans: March 28 2022
We had 15 minutes to work up to a 1 rep max power clean. I started at 105 and worked my way up to 185. I attempted 190 twice, but my form buckled. I didn't drop under the bar.
That is about 90% of my 1 rep lax I got last summer, so it is fine. We also did a 15 min EMOM doing g 1 power clean, then 5 burpees over the bar followed by 1 more power clean. I did 140# for my weight. I was able to make all 15 minutes!
