Running like a turtle...March 9 2022
We had a doozy of a workout today. It was EMOM style. I ended up with 100 deadlifts at 155# today. It was mixed in with rowing Md toes 2 bar. 40 minutes of sweating.
My daughter came with me this morning. She did not want to take a pic with me though....
Afterwards, I went on a run for 5 miles. I was tired, but thought that I would get in the mood once I started running.
I felt okay, just fatigued. I may not workout tomorrow. I will be busy at the salon all day tomorrow so might not get as much activity.
So with my running, it was a little slower than 13 minutes at times, but comfortable enough to keep going. I k ow when I run my ragnar in about 6 weeks, I will likely have to run at least one of my legs tired, so I pushed through today.
