Moody beginnings. March 3 2022
The day started out promising as I left to go to the gym, but when we got there,the schedule workout looked like this:
If it takes that long to write it down, you're doing it wrong. So many random movements and a huge number of super lightweight squats. This is feeling very far from the crossfit type workouts I signed up for. Also, I was incredibly hormonal this morning, so it could have been that.....
I went on a 5 mile run afterwards because the workout really didn't do much for me. I finally got my 5 miles in just under an hour today. That was a small goal I had been wanting to get back to for a while! I am glad it happened today. Onwards and upwards!
