Time to Fly! February 17 2022

This morning we got to cycle heavy barbells. We had 20 rounds of 95# snatches amd pullups, then 10 rounds of 155# power cleans and Handstand pushups. I got to use my weigh belt and lifting shoes today. That is always the best for me!

Everything felt heavy today. I think it was leftover fatigue from my long run yesterday. I am going on a trip, so also did a 5 mile run today instead of taking a rest day.

Now, I am sitting here at LAX getting ready to board. Funny thing- nobody cares about my mask. I am enjoying the peoe watching. Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to do a beach run!
