Cardio, Push Press, Burpees. My Actifit Report Card: February 8 2022
Getting up at 5am is not easy. It does get easier, but it is never easy. After the workout this morning, I took a 20 minute catnap before I got on with the rest of day.
We had 5 rounds of a triplet to do, then 5 more rounds of a different triplet. It was a good mix of cardio, weights, and gymnastics. It last about 30 minutes. I got sweaty. Success.
I decided to go on a run, and went 6 miles today. I walked the first and last bits. My average mile was in the 12 minute range. I am able to go distances now albeit slowly. I am deciding still if I want to keep the distance or start some kind of interval training so I can start speeding up my pace.
Dinner today was stuffed bell peppers. Overall, a pretty successful day. I also made dump cake which resulted in my indulgence at the end of the night, but hey- I did get in 6 miles!

Thank you! I like to get it in everyday. Some days are just more busy than others. Yesterday, I was able to get a nice run in. Today though, I will be busy but it is more errands amd stuff. It all balances out. :)
