Bikes And Sled Pulls/push. My Actifit Report Card: January 27 2022
Today was tough. We had to do 135# sled pulls and sled pushes. We did 4 rounds of that,.and then had to be like 150 calories with our partner. It was just about nonstop rinse and repeat for 40 minutes.
This is a short report. The day got away from me-salin, kid pickup, optometry appt, library, etc. I made myself go on a 3 mile walk to ight even though it was already 8pm. I am glad. I just took it easy. I am hoping for a strong run tomorrow.
