Thrusters and Steak. My Actifit Report Card: January 22 2022

Today was supposed to be low key and relaxing while doing nothing. I had nothing on my calendar, yet it filled up so fast and now it is time for bed!

I worked out this morning with rowing, thrusters (95#), pullups, and double unders.

It was tiring. I think I need a legit rest day. When I got home, I found out there was a women's conference I forgot about. #amaizing. I turned around and left with my daughter to attend.

We got home and went home riding with the boys, and also played at the park. Then, friends wanted the kids over. We dropped the big boys off and the rest of us hung out with the other kids and their friends. We helped make dinner, and then the adults got an impromptu date night.

It was a good and busy day.
