My Actifit Report Card: December 15 2021

I got to have some ME time today after all the activity this morning! Facial!!!

it started like this

We had to do 10 rounds today! I am getting some mental gymnastics lately with the amount of repeat work I am doing.

That is a lot of wallballs, jumprope and deadlifting. I stayed at 185# the whole time today. It ended up being 50 reps.

Afterwards, I went and tackled my boys' bedroom. They can't clean to save their lives. Here is a little before and after for your appreciation. It will likely only last 24 hours.

After this, I discovered that my #actifit hadn't tracked any of my activity!!! Inhad some making up to do, so needed up walking at snapping pics of Christmas lights around the neighborhood.

It gave me a push to do extra that I may not have done- resulting in my Wednesday Walk post checking out Christmas lights. It made me double check the app this morning, and so far so good!

Becca, this is great and all, but... Where do you get so much energy?? Give me the secret, please! 😂 Hahaha seriously though, sounds like you had a very productive day, and I love that you had some self-care moments too. Kudos to you for being such an awesome lady! Thank you for sharing.

P.S. Loved the before and after of the kids' room. Glad you have immortalized it on a photo, it'll probably last seconds hahaha

Seriously?! I checked it last night and there were 3 pairs of underwear on the floor! Why?? Lol.
Sometimes, my motivation is stronger than others. There is a balance to everything I juggle. That will be a post soon probably. Ha! Thanks for the kudos!

Hahaha kids, am I right? That sounds like a very interesting post, I look forward to reading it to see if I can learn from you. Not that I have children, it's just that I still struggle to juggle the perks of being an adult! Hahaha

I also had the problem with the Actifit app. But there is a simple solution. Just install the Fitbit app and keep it running in the background. This also works without a watch.
And at the end of the day or the next you synchronize your steps in the Actifit app.

Good to know! I never thought about downloading the Fitbit app since I don't have a Fitbit! I don't think I could wear a watch. I need something I can wear around my chest or somewhere else to make it work. I wear wrist wraps too often for a watch to work with my weightlifting.

Perhaps you could look into the Oura Ring. The price's above average but I think it's totally worth it.

I need to check to see how that would be compatible with uploading to actifit, but that sounds like a good idea. I need to research this now.

The Fitbit app works perfectly as a "backup" because it runs in the background if set that way.
And with the watch: I tried a few and got stuck with the cheapest one from Fitbit. I just bought an elastic band to go with it so it doesn't accidentally come undone. If you don't want to measure heart rates and oxygen saturation, you can wear it over the bandages.image.png
I need the watch bc of swimming, snorkeling and diving.

This sounds like a good idea. I was also told about the oura? I need to check the compatibility with actifit and Fitbit app I guess.
