SHARE YOUR BATTLE Weekly Challenge with MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN

Splinterlands today's share your weekly battle challenge is with "MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN". I usually use this card when I play with earth Summoners. This card has 2 attacks and 11 healths with Taunt and Forcefield ability. My MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN card is a level 4 card but if I upgrade it to level 6 then it becomes stronger with 3 attacks. I use this card at 2nd position. As this battle is low mana so I have decided to use "MYCELIC SLIPSPAWN" as 2nd tank card. I also use "Regal Peryton" as my tank card with 6 speed. I also use Prismatic Energy with 2 magic attacks. one sneak card and Screeching Vulture with opportunity abilities. We discuss all this in detail in my team section.

1. All Monsters have the Opportunity ability.

2. Only Common and Rare Monsters may be used in battles.

As battle was low mana with stealth focus, so I decided to use maximum magic attack cards. I used "Wizard of Eastwood" as a Summoner so it reduced 2 shields from my enemy monsters cards. I used "Regal Peryton" as tank with flying ability and this card has 6 speed so hopeed enemy melee attack would miss this card. On 2nd position I used our today's spot light card "Mycelic Slipspawn" with 2 attacks and Taunt/Forcefield ability so all enemy monster will attack this card. On 3rd position I used "Prismatic Energy" with magic reflect and void ability. On 4th position I used "Goblin Thief" 3 attack with sneak ability. On 5th position I used "Screeching Vulture" with opportunity and scavenging ability. On last position I used Furious Chicken" with 1 attack. I was very happy with my team and hoped not to get any high magic attack team. Let’s discuss my team one by one.

Regal Peryton

I used Regal Peryton Rare Earth Unit as tank. Recently I figure out that in low mana fight this card is very helpful as tank. As this card's 6 speeds is helpful to miss melee attack. This card has 1 attack and 6 healths. If luckily my opponents have more melee attack monsters then this card is very helpful on first position. My Peryton card is a level 2 cards and hope to upgrade this card to level 3 to get 2 attack.

Mycelic Slipspawn

On 2nd position I used our today's spot light card Mycelic Slipspawn Rare Earth Unit with taunt and forcefield ability. I always use this card in earth fight because of taunt ability and also used as a 2nd tank card. During battle all cards attacked this card so my sneak and opportunity card has time to clear enemy backline. As this card Forcefield ability reduced 5 or more than 5 attacks to only 1 damage.

PRISMATIC ENERGY

On 3rd position I placed PRISMATIC ENERGY rare neutral Unit. This card is very handy with 2 magic attacks with void and magic reflect ability. If my enemy has got some magic attack monsters then this card is very handy. This card reflects magic attack and also reduces the magic attack intensity so very helpful card. Many time I used this card as a tank card so very powerful card.

Goblin Thief

On 4th position, I used Goblin Thief Common Earth Unit with 3 magic attacks and 3 health. My all enemy cards were busy in attacking my both tank cards so I hoped this card will do its work and will clear enemy backline. This card is very helpful in low mana as only 4 mana but with 3 sneak attacks very handy. This card is level 4 cards and hope to upgrade it to level 6 and get some extra abilities.

Screeching Vulture

On 2nd last position, I used Screeching Vulture Common Earth Unit. This is very powerful card with opportunity and scavenger ability. Although this card has only 2 health and 2 attack but if any monster dies this card gains health. As this card has high speed so this card attacks first and attacks on weaker enemy. So very helpful card and I always use this card in my earth battle.

Furious Chicken

On last position I placed Furious Chicken rare neutral Unit. This card is filler but still with 1 attack it does some damage to enemy backline. So in low mana fight I use this card to waste enemy's attacks but in this battle as this card had no threat so it was helpful as it did 1 damage on every turn.

So my strategy in this battle was very simple and hope that as my 2 tank cards "Regal Peryton" & "Mycelic Slipspawn" stay strong. Also hope that my other cards does not miss any attack and clears enemy backline quickly. Overall my entire backline cards did 2 magic attacks and 6 melee attack to enemy team. My enemy brought some high magic attack strong monsters cards. This battle lasted for 4 rounds and I won this battle easily and PRISMATIC ENERGY was handy with magic reflect and worked like a 3rd tank card.

My strategy paid off and I won this battle because of PRISMATIC ENERGY magic reflect ability. Our today's spot light card takes maximum damage and lasts for 2 rounds so my other cards could clear enemy backline quickly. Mycelic Slipspawn is a very useful card in every mana fight.
