Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge with Weak Magic
Magic attacks hit Armor before reducing Health.
All Monsters have the Thorns ability.
Ranged attack Monsters may not be used in battles.
As battle was low mana so I decided to use some extra abilities cards and also try to fill all spots. I decided to use some strong back line cards having snipe and sneak ability. I used "Haunted Spirit" as tank with 3 malee attack, 8 health and heal / magic reflect ability. On 2nd position I used "Riftwing" no attack and 6 health with scavenger and backfire ability. On 3rd position I used "Dwarven Wizard" one magic attack and 3 health with snipe ability. On 4th position I used "Sand Worm" 6 malee attack and 6 health with sneak ability. On 2nd last position I used Uraeus 2 malee attack and 3 health with sneak and poison ability. On last position I used Gelatinous Cube no attack and 12 health with scavenger and heal ability. I am very happy with my team and if my tank card survives then my other cards will destroy the enemy team monsters. Let’s discuss my team one by one.
I used Haunted Spirit Rare death Unit as a tank card. This card has 3 malee attack and 8 health with heal and magic reflect ability. I used this card on tank position in all mana fights as this card is very helpful with heal and magic reflect ability. This card is the best choice for tank card in low mana battles.
On 2nd position I used Riftwing Common death Unit with scavenger and backfire ability. I always use this card in all mana fights because of its abilities and 6 health. Hope this card could gain health on every turn and also miss few enemy attacks.
On 3rd position I used Dwarven Wizard Epic neutral Unit. This card has one magic attacks and 3 health with snipe ability. I always used this card as my back line card as this card eliminate enemy magic or no attack monsters first.
On 4th position, I used Sand Worm Common neutral Unit. This card has massive 6 malee attack and 6 health but this card's sneak ability is very strong. So hope this card perform well and do maximum damage to enemy back line monsters.
On 2nd last position I used Uraeus Epic neutral Unit. This card has 2 malee attack, one shield and 3 health with poison and sneak ability. I always used this card as my back line card so this card enemy back line cards first.
On last position, I used Gelatinous Cube Common neutral Unit. This card has no attack and 12 health but this card's heal and scavenger ability is very strong. So hope this card perform well and increase health on every turn.
So my strategy in this battle was very simple as in this battle I mostly rely on my snipe and sneak cards. I used "Haunted Spirit" as my tank card with heal and magic reflect ability. If my enemy brought magic attack team then this card is very helpful. As in this battle every monster also got thorn ability so malee attack also got -2 health on every attack. If my tank card survives some rounds then hope my other cards could eliminate enemy's back line monsters. My snipe and sneak ability cards are very strong so they can do some damage to enemy back line monsters cards. I think in this battle my sneak card performed well and hoped "Sand Worm" eliminate enemy back line card fast. Also hoped that my cards could not miss any attack and did proper damage to enemy back line monsters. Overall my entire back line cards did one magic and 8 malee attack damage to enemy team. This battle lasted for 4 rounds.
My strategy failed in this battle as my monster card combination was not that good. Our today's battle challenge with "Weak Magic" was not completed successfully. In this battle my enemy brought a strong magic attack death team with better card placement. The enemy monster card eliminate my monster card with massive magic attack and my defensive approach in this battle was not worked. I liked this new change of weekly battle challenge from monsters to ruleset, so we can learn some new methods how to tackle enemy in any specific ruleset. You can watch this battle on My Battle link. Hope you will like this Battle Challenge and I would love to hear your thoughts on my battle lineup in my post comments. Thanks
