My actifit report: Gaining fitness through a football match

Physical training is beneficial for it helps improve our health and also reduce the risk of getting sick easily.
Football is a fantastic way to improve our physical fitness since our whole body is getting a workout.

Today being 9 February, we had an important match which i started preparing a day before the match both mentally and physically.

First, i had to do 100 press-up and also run around the pitch 4 good times to get more stamina and more importantly get my whole body ready for the match.

Fast forward to 4pm
We came out as a team, did some workout and was ready for the match. Unfortunately our players wasnt complete and we had to play 10 against 11.

20 minutes into the game- i was brought down by my opponent and we took the lead through a fantastic free-kick by my teammate. The game was going as planned as our fans where cheering us up.
43 minutes, just a minute to the end of the first half, our opponent equalised through a free kick too. It was very painful to conced in such dying minute. The referee ended the first half immediately.

Second half

After some minutes of rest comes the start of second half.

We gave our very best, unfortunately it wasn't good enough. We lost the game. 3:1

Yes we were visibly angry but we did what we ought to do... Congratulate the winner and move on. Football is entertainment, fun not WAR.
