The eleventh round of the Italian Serie A football championship ended on 1 November 2021 and today, 5 November, the match between Empoli and Genoa (20:45) will kick off the twelfth round.
The most important matches of the eleventh round were:
- Atalanta - Lazio
- Roma - AC Milan
The match between Atalanta and Lazio was the first match played in the eleventh round: Saturday 30 October 2021.
The final result was 2-2.
Lazio took the lead twice thanks to goals from Pedro (18') and Immobile (74') but Atalanta responded with two goals, one in the extra time of the first half (Zapata - minute 45+1') and one in the extra time of the second half (Marten De Roon 90+4').
Atalanta paid the price for their lack of precision in front of goal: 17 shots in total but only 3 in the mirror.
Lazio created less but were more cynical: 8 shots on goal, 5 in the mirror and 2 goals.

The match between Roma and AC Milan was played on Sunday 31 October 2021.
Milan won with the result of 1-2.
Eight shots on goal and three shots on target were enough for AC Milan to score two goals.
Roma shot 24 times and hit the target only 6 times but only managed to score one goal in the dying minutes of the second half with ex AC Milan player El Shaarawy (90+3').
Milan's first goal was scored by 40-year-old AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic from a free kick in the 25th minute of the first half.
The second goal came from a penalty, which Ibrahimovic got and scored by Kessie in the 57th minute of the match.
Ibrahimovic, who at the tender age of 40 continues to prove himself a great champion, was instrumental in both goals.

As for the other matches:
- Juventus lose for the second consecutive game against an excellent Verona and forces coach Allegri to take his players into retirement.
- Torino wins against Sampdoria with the result of 3-0.
- Napoli won the derby of Campania against Salernitana with the result of 0-1.
- Inter, thanks to a double by Correa, maintains the distance in points from the couple Napoli-Milan at the top of the league table.

Fantasy Football "Olio di Balena"
On Hive there is a competition that is related to the Serie A soccer league: the fantasy football of the community "Olio di Balena".
The organizer of the fantasy soccer is @poliwalt10 while I am a simple participant and my team is called HIVEntus FC.
The fantasy football competition started with the third round of the Italian Serie A and has now reached the eighth day of play.
In the following image you can see the updated ranking after nine days of play.
The coaches, in order of ranking, are:

I had fun to create a graph that shows the trend of the positions in the ranking day by day for each team participating in fantasy football.

Description Chart:
On the x-axis there are the game days indicated by the respective numbers.
Each line of the graph corresponds to a specific position in the ranking and the first line from the top indicates the first place.
Each team is identified by a line of a precise color that allows you to easily follow the trend, day after day, of the ranking of each team.
On the right there are the names of the teams participating in fantasy soccer and each line ends near the name of the corresponding team.
For the first time since the start of the competition, fewer teams have changed their position in the standings than have remained in the same position in the previous round.
Only four teams change their position in the ranking:
- My HIVEntus goes up one position in the standings and occupies the second place previously occupied by the team Paris San Gennaro which then loses one position (2->3).
- Filarb Team takes back the fifth place in the ranking while The Rock Rams team drops to the sixth place.
All the other teams maintain the same place in the ranking that they had at the end of the previous round.
Let's see now the distances in points between the teams after 9 rounds of play.
Table of the points gap from the first position
In the following table there is the distance in points that separates each team from the first place.
After the ninth round of fantasy football the ranking is longer than in the previous round considering the distance in points that separates the team in first place and the team in last place.
In fact, the distance in points between Fc Corto Muso (first place) and Zottoni (ninth place) is 49,5 points while at the end of the previous round it was 38 points.
The first two positions are separated by only half a point while only 6 points separate Paris San Gennaro from my HIVEntus.
After the ninth round of play 3 blocks have emerged:
- Fc Corto Muso, HIVEntus FC and Paris Sangennaro: enclosed within a range of 6 points.
- GianLFC, Filarb Team: within a range of 2 points and with a distance from first place greater than 10 points and less than 20.
- The Rock Rams, FantaVision, Cosenza and Zottoni: all within a range of 23 points with a distance in points from first place of more than 20 points and less than 50.
The two best results of the ninth round
The two best results of game round 9 were obtained by the following teams:
- HIVEntus FC: 77 points (4 goals scored (1 penalty scored), 2 yellow cards, 1 goal conceded)
- Filarb Team: 76 points (3 goals scored (1 penalty scored), 4 yellow cards, 1 goal conceded)
The biggest contribution to the score of HIVEntus and Filarb Team was made by Fiorentina striker Vlahovic, who scored 3 goals and had a total score of 16.5 points.
The next market session is near!
At the end of the next round the second market session will start, which will allow the participants of the fantasy football competition to improve their team and replace injured or underperforming players.
All participants will receive a bonus of an additional 5 fanta millions to spend during the market.
From the sale of a player they will receive the purchase value and not the current value of the player.
There is one very important rule that must be respected:
**It is not possible to buy and sell the same player in the same market session.
For example, I have Federico Chiesa in my team, who I paid 28 million and who is now worth 20 million.
I cannot sell Federico Chiesa and receive 28 million and then buy him back for 20 million.
If I sell Federico Chiesa in the next market session, I have to wait until the following market session to buy him back.
Please respect this rule otherwise you won't get any more bonuses in the next market sessions and you will also receive a penalty in the league table.
The next market session starts on November 8th and in the dynamics of fantasy football it is an important event, so please don't forget to participate ;)
Prize Distribution
The entry fee for fantasy football is 80 HIVE.
I used the present verb because the registrations are still open and because there are two ways of payment:
- single payment
- two payments: 40 HIVE at the moment of registration and 40 HIVE before the end of the first leg of the Serie A football season.
All registration fees go into the final prize pool.
With 9 participants the final prize pool will be 720 HIVE and there will be three positions definitely awarded but the distribution of the prize pool has not yet been decided.
The organizer @poliwalt10 has not yet decided the distribution of prizes because he wants it to be a decision taken democratically by all participants.
In case it was decided for four prize positions the prize distribution would be as shown in the following image.
The first place winner would take 288 HIVE, the second 216 HIVE, the third 144 HIVE and the fourth would receive just under the entry fee 72 HIVE.
In the case of deciding on three prize positions the distribution could be as shown in the next image.

The "Olio di Balena" Fantasy Football is a competition open to everyone, Hivers and non-Hivers alike.
Those who want to join will have to pay the entry fee according to the mode they prefer (single payment or two payments) and will have to contact the organizer @poliwalt10.
Who enters now will have a starting score given by the sum of 66 points for each round already played.
There are 9 rounds already played and therefore the new player who joins before the 10th round of the fantasy football competition will start in last position with a score of 594 points (see picture below).
Conclusion
The team to catch up with is for the second time FC Corto Muso, which has been in first position for two consecutive rounds of play, but its two closest pursuers are as fierce as ever and have a very small points distance.
The fantasy football competition is now in its ninth round but there are still 27 rounds to play so making predictions now is premature and pointless.
Even the team that is last in the ranking at this moment could finish first and the last edition showed that even recovering 80 points is a possible feat.
What will happen in the next round we will all find out very soon because in a few hours there will be the initial whistle of the first match of the round number 12 of the Italian football league Serie A: Empoli - Genoa.
A match between the team in eleventh position in the ranking (Empoli) and the team in seventeenth position in the ranking (Genoa).

Among these matches there is one big match: the derby of Milan between AC Milan and Inter.

Il 1 novembre 2021 è terminato l'undicesimo turno del campionato italiano di calcio della serie A e oggi 5 novembre la partita tra Empoli e Genoa (20:45) darà il via al dodicesimo turno di gioco.
Le partite più importanti dell'undicesimo turno sono state:
- Atalanta - Lazio
- Roma - Milan
La partita tra Atalanta e Lazio è stata la prima partita giocata dell'undicesimo turno: sabato 30 ottobre 2021.
Il risultato finale è stato di 2-2.
La Lazio è passata due volte in vantaggio grazie ai gol di Pedro (18') e di Immobile (74') ma l'Atalanta ha risposto con due gol, uno nei minuti di recupero del primo tempo (Zapata - minuto 45+1') e uno nei minuti di recupero del secondo tempo (Marten De Roon 90+4').

La partita tra Roma e Milan si è giocata domenica 31 ottobre 2021.
Il Milan ha vinto con il risultato di 1-2.
Otto tiri in porta e 3 tiri nello specchio sono sufficienti al Milan per segnare due gol.
La Roma tira ben 24 volte e centra la porta solo 6 volte ma riesce a segnare solo un gol nei minuti di recupero del secondo tempo con l'ex giocatore del Milan: El Shaarawy (90+3')
Il primo gol del Milan è stato segnato dal quarantenne attaccante del Milan Zlatan Ibrahimovic su punizione al minuto 25 del primo tempo.
Il secondo gol arriva da un rigore, ottenuto da Ibrahimovic e segnato da Kessie al minuto 57 della partita.
In tutti e due i gol del Milan è stato determinante Ibrahimovic che alla "tenera età" di 40 anni continua a dimostrarsi un grande campione.

Per quanto riguarda le altre partite:
- la Juventus perde per la seconda partita consecutiva contro un ottimo Verona e costringe il tecnico Allegri a portare i suoi giocatori in ritiro.
- il Torino vince contro la Sampdoria con il risultato di 3-0.
- il Napoli vince il derby campano contro la Salernitana con il risultato di 0-1.
- L'Inter grazie ad una doppietta di Correa mantiene inalterata la distanza in punti dalla coppia Napoli-Milan al comando della classifica del campionato.

Su Hive c'è una competizione che è collegata al campionato di calcio della serie A: il Fantacalcio della comunità di Olio di Balena.
L'organizzatore del fantacalcio è @poliwalt10 mentre io sono un semplice partecipante e la mia squadra si chiama HIVEntus FC.
La competizione fantacalcistica è iniziata con il terzo turno del campionato italiano di Serie A ed è arrivata alla nona giornata di gioco conclusa.

Mi sono divertito a creare un grafico che mostra l'andamento delle posizioni in classifica giornata dopo giornata per ogni squadra partecipante al fantacalcio.

Sull'asse delle x ci sono le giornate indicate dai rispettivi numeri.
Ogni riga del grafico corrisponde ad una determinata posizione della classifica e la prima riga partendo dall'alto indica il primo posto
Ogni squadra è identificata da una linea di un colore preciso che permette di seguire facilmente l'andamento, giornata dopo giornata, della posizione in classifica di ogni squadra.
Sulla destra ci sono i nomi delle squadre partecipanti al fantacalcio e ogni linea termina vicino al nome della squadra corrispondente.
Per la prima volta dall'inizio della competizione le squadre che hanno variato la loro posizione in classifica sono in numero inferiore rispetto alle squadre che sono rimaste nella stessa posizione occupata anche nel turno precedente.
Solo quattro squadre cambiano la loro posizione in classifica:
- La mia HIVEntus sale di una posizione in classifica e occupa il secondo posto precedentemente occupato dalla squadra Paris San Gennaro che quindi perde una posizione (2->3).
- Filarb Team si riprende il quinto posto in classifica mentre la squadra The Rock Rams scende al sesto posto.
Tutte le altre squadre mantengono lo stesso posto in classifica che avevano alla fine del precedente turno di gioco.
Vediamo adesso le distanze in punti tra le squadre dopo 9 turni di gioco.

Nella tabella seguente c'è il distacco in punti che separa ogni squadra dal primo posto.
Dopo il nono turno di gioco del fantacalcio la classifica è più lunga rispetto al turno di gioco precedente considerando la distanza in punti che separa la squadra al primo posto e la squadra all'ultimo posto.
Infatti la distanza in punti tra Fc Corto Muso (primo posto) e Zottoni (nono posto) è di 49,5 punti mentre alla fine del precedente turno di gioco era di 38 punti.
Le prime due posizioni sono separate da solo mezzo punto mentre solo 6 punti separano Paris San Gennaro dalla mia HIVEntus.
Dopo il nono turno di gioco si sono delineati 3 blocchi:
- Fc Corto Muso, HIVEntus FC e Paris Sangennaro: racchiuse in un range di 6 punti.
- GianLFC, Filarb Team: racchiuse in un range di 2 punti e con una distanza dal primo posto maggiore di 10 punti e minore di 20.
- The Rock Rams, FantaVision, Cosenza e Zottoni: racchiuse in un range di 23 punti con una distanza in punti dal primo posto maggiore di 20 punti e minore di 50.
I due migliori risultati del nono turno di gioco
I due migliori risultati del turno di gioco numero 9 li hanno ottenuti le seguenti squadre:
- HIVEntus FC: 77 punti (4 gol segnati (1 rigore segnato), 2 cartellini gialli, 1 gol subito)
- Filarb Team: 76 punti (3 gol segnati (1 rigore segnato), 4 cartellini gialli, 1 gol subito)
Il più grande contributo al punteggio ottenuto da HIVEntus e Filarb Team l'ha dato l'attaccante della Fiorentina Vlahovic che ha segnato 3 gol e ha ottenuto un punteggio totale di ben 16.5 punti.
La prossima sessione di Mercato è vicina!
Alla fine del prossimo turno inizierà la seconda sessione di mercato che permetterà ai partecipanti alla competizione fantacalcistica di migliorare la propria rosa e di sostituire i giocatori infortunati o i giocatori dal rendimento poco esaltante.
Tutti i partecipanti riceveranno un bonus di 5 milioni aggiuntivi da spendere durante il mercato.
Dalla vendita di un giocatore si riceve il valore di acquisto e non il valore attuale del giocatore.
C'è una regola molto importante da rispettare:
Non è possibile all'interno della stessa sessione di mercato vendere e comprare uno stesso giocatore
Ad esempio io nella mia rosa ho Federico Chiesa che ho pagato 28 fantamilioni e adesso vale 20 fantamilioni.
Non posso vendere Federico Chiesa e ricevere 28 fantamilioni e poi ricomprarlo a 20 fantamilioni.
Se vendo Federico Chiesa nella prossima sessione di mercato, per ricomprarlo devo aspettare la sessione di mercato successiva.
Mi raccomando rispettate tutti questa regola altrimenti non avrete più bonus nelle prossime sessioni di mercato e riceverete anche una penalizzazione in classifica.
La prossima sessione di mercato inizia l'8 novembre e nelle dinamiche del fantacalcio è un evento importante e quindi mi raccomando non dimenticate di partecipare ;)
Distribuzione Premi
La quota d'iscrizione del Fantacalcio è di 80 HIVE.
Ho usato il verbo presente perchè le iscrizioni sono ancora aperte e perchè le modalità di pagamento sono due:
- singola rata
- due rate: 40 HIVE al momento dell'iscrizione e 40 HIVE prima della fine del girone di andata del campionato di calcio della Serie A.
Tutte le quote d'iscrizione confluiscono nel montepremi finale.
Con 9 partecipanti il montepremi finale sarà di 720 HIVE e saranno tre le posizioni sicuramente premiate ma la distribuzione finale del montepremi non è stata ancora decisa.
L'organizzatore @poliwalt10 non ha ancora deciso la distribuzione dei premi perchè vuole che sia una decisione presa democraticamente da tutti i partecipanti.
Nel caso si decidesse per quattro posizioni premiate la distribuzione dei premi sarebbe quella indicata nell'immagine seguente.
Il primo classificato prenderebbe 288 HIVE, il secondo 216 HIVE, il terzo 144 HIVE e il quarto riceverebbe poco meno della quota di iscrizione 72 HIVE.
Nel caso si decidesse per tre posizioni premiate la distribuzione dei premi potrebbe essere quella indicata nella successiva immagine.

Il Fantacalcio della comunità "Olio di Balena" è una competizione aperta a tutti, Hivers e non.
Chi vuole iscriversi dovrà versare la quota di iscrizione secondo la modalità che preferisce (singola rata o due rate) e dovrà contattare l'organizzatore @poliwalt10.
Chi entra adesso avrà un punteggio di partenza dato dalla somma di 66 punti per ogni turno già giocato.
I turni già giocati sono 9 e quindi il nuovo giocatore che si iscrive prima del decimo turno della competizione fantacalcistica partirà in ultima posizione con un punteggio di 594 punti (vedi immagine seguente).
Conclusione
La squadra da raggiungere è per la seconda volta FC Corto Muso che è in prima posizione da due turni di gioco consecuitivi ma i suoi due più vicini inseguitori sono agguerriti più che mai e hanno una distanza di punti molto piccola.
La competizione fantacalcistica è arrivata al nono turno di gioco concluso ma ci sono ancora 27 turni da giocare e quindi fare pronostici adesso è prematuro e inutile.
Anche la squadra che è ultima in classifica in questo momento potrebbe arrivare prima e la scorsa edizione ha dimostrato che anche recuperare 80 punti è un impresa possibile.
Cosa succederà nel prossimo turno di gioco lo scopriremo tutti molto presto perchè tra poche ore ci sarà il fischio iniziale della prima partita del turno di gioco numero 12 del campionato italiano di calcio della Serie A: Empoli - Genoa.
Una partita tra la squadra in undicesima posizione in classifica (Empoli) e la squadra in diciassettesima posizione in classifica (Genoa).
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere tutte le partite in programma per il prossimo turno della Serie A.
Tra queste partite c'è un unico e grande Big Match: il derby di Milano tra Milan e Inter.
