My Actifit Report Card: December 1 2024:Alive and Thriving Sunday!
Hello friends! Happy Sunday evening I want to wish you and also want to thank you for your visit!
This is a report for today's activities, I am about as far as I am going to go for today - and need to get some #actifit.numbers posted! Haven't done that for a few days, and so - my Sunday!
This is the morning here today, the Sky to the South,
It did not improve much today at all!
After feeding the Kitties here and at the old house and some normal morning routine things I headed out on the bike over to the Park. I wanted to get over the 5000 step-count, "today"!
On the road to the Park in the stream next to it the White Egret (that is often there) was busy catching lunch!
I decided to make this collage, but here are a few highlights!
When I first saw it with the wind blowing,
And here running for a fish,
And looking for the next one,
I feel sorry this poor bird has to climb around "human trash". Especially considered there are trash cans here...
After that, I rode into the Park, and went to the back corner. There, I looked over at the Water Treatment facility and saw the Seagulls!
Here they are leaving, looks like "bats leaving the belfry"!
That was some, here's the rest!
An "escapee" came to scope me out,
And back to the flock!
Well as you can see it was a very gray day - to say the least, this is the Fishing Pier,
And the Shade Structure, looking towards Mustang Island,
And this is the Shoreline looking towards the JFK Causeway, very gray to the South,
Not too inspiring, so I figured I should pound the pedals while I can. So I left the Park and rode around a bit and headed home.
The rest of the numbers were from just normal house chores.
