My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2024:Alive and Thriving Sunday!

Hello friends and a very happy Sunday evening / New Week I wish you!
I also want to thank you for your visit!

This is a report for today's activities, I am about done for today so I am sure the "step count" will not improve much. Actually all things considered, the numbers are very low...
I made most of the numbers on the Bikes today. I rode the Black one to the old house and back 10 miles / 16.09 kilometers, and then after awhile took out the Green one another 2.5 miles / 4.02 kilometers. You would think the numbers would be higher, and normally they would be.

Oh well be that as it may, it was an Awesome Day!

This is the Sky early in the morning,

A few hours later, I looked outside and saw this Cloud hanging around the neighborhood. I thought immediately that it had a basic form of a "Julia" fractal so I had to take a photo,

And then to the Park on the Green bike!
This is a view of a Heron, out in the Channel in knee deep 80°F / 26.66°C water!

A little closer,

This is a look at the Shade Structure, and beautiful Blue Skies!

And a look out to the Fishing Pier,

Some people have brought an umbrella because of the Sun,

And... We have a "lurker"...
Hanging around the end of the Pier on their boat - "a frowned upon practice"...

Here is another view from the left,

At around this time I decided to "pound the pedals" and get in a few more steps and miles!
On my way out I saw these two Fishermen in the parking area I normally am in,

And that was about it for the day. The rest was my Sunday chores!
