It was a busy start of the weekend for me. I mowed the lawn and worked in my garden, started to repot those plants that have awaken from their winter hibernation.

This is pork kaldereta, a Filipino dish which is pork cooked in soy sauce, tomato sauce, pickles, and seasonings. It's my first time to cook this I hope I got it right.
