It was a good end of the work week. I had a couple of meetings in the morning and then had a slow-paced, relaxed afternoon, which is a common on Fridays. After work, I went to the food market to buy some takehome dishes so we don't have to cook in the coming days.

This is lechon pork belly, which is one of the dishes I bought. Lechon means roast, and we usually eat this with rice and also has an accompanying sauce.
