My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2024

I think it's already a habit in me, but yesterday I walked quite a lot (about 9000 steps).

I was active from early on, because I was already at the gym at 5:30 a.m. For me, who usually do a lot of activities during the day, this is the best time to exercise.

I got out of there, went to bed and visited my grandmother. Then I was also walking, looking for necessary things for the home. For lunch I had chickpea stew with rice and sweet potatoes, an extremely healthy and delicious recipe 💪🏼.

Then I moved to the Southern Maternal Hospital, because there I was supposed to sing with the Orfeón Santiago choir. It was something quite fast but significant, because the day of Latin American medicine was celebrated.

However, my day didn't end there. Then I visited the Faculty No. 1 of Medicine, because there is a literature workshop there to which I am a regular, and we were analyzing several texts during the afternoon.

Already when I was returning home it was night and there was a blackout in the city, so when I tried to take a photo of the long road on which I had to walk, only the lights of distant cars were visible. Anyway those lights were close to my destination.

And here is my report. From now on I want to strive to get the 10 thousand steps in a day. Until next time!

Creo que ya es costumbre en mí, pero el día de ayer caminé bastante (alrededor de 9000 pasos).

Desde temprano estuve activo, pues ya a las 5:30 a.m. estaba en el gym. Para mí, que normalmente ocupo muchas actividades durante el día, este es el mejor horario oara ejercitarme.

Salí de allí, me acosté y visité a mi abuela. Luego también estuve caminando, buscando cosas necesarias para el hogar. Para el almuerzo tuve guiso de garbanzos con arroz y boniatos, una receta extremadamente saludable y deliciosa 💪🏼.

Después me trasladé hasta el Hospital Materno Sur, pues allí debía cantar junto al coro Orfeón Santiago. Fue algo bastante rápido pero significativo, pues se celebraba el día de la medicina latinoamericana.

Sin embargo, ahí no acabó mi día. Luego visité la Facultad No. 1 de Medicina, pues allí sesiona un taller de literatura al que soy asiduo, y estuvimos analizando varios textos durante la tarde.

Ya cuando regresaba a casa era de noche y había un apagón en la ciudad, por lo que cuando intenté tomar una foto de la larga carretera por la que debía caminar, solo se veían las luces de carros distantes. De todas maneras esas luces estaban cerca de mi destino.

Y hasta aquí mi reporte. A partir de ahora me quiero esforzar para conseguir los 10 mil pasos en un día. ¡Hasta la próxima!
