Here we are again today for the first Premier League action in a week and it will be actually the last game for a couple of weeks as we have the first international break of the season.

Last game, we have a possibly controversial winner of the correct score but as I'm in a good mood, I'll overlook they picked the same prediction as me, despite all the warnings. No one got the first goalscorer so the HSBI shares carry over and is upto 3 already. It would be nice if that rolled over a few times to make it into an even better prize, but we shall see. As usual, full details of the winner at the end.

Don't forget, the prizes on offer each day are;

First Goal Scorer will win 1 HSBI share which if not won, will rollover until it is won, and
Correct Score will win 150 Ecency Points which again, if not won will rollover.

So let's get on with today's game which is...

Brighton are flying high in 6th place with just that loss to West Ham last week, but no shame as West Ham sit on top this morning after their victory over Luton Town last night. Brighton pulled off a massive coup last night with their loan signing of Barcelona wonderkid Ansu Fati, who is on an estimated 200K a week and this shows the regard Brighton are held in for their flowing style of football.

Newcastle's wheels have come off a little after their thrashing of Villa on the opening day although to be fair, losses to City and Liverpool aren't a huge tragedy, after last seasons performance, the Toon would have been hoping to be contenders this year which means being able to at least match the two big boys. Today could easily become three losses in a row...

In the first goal scorer competition, own goals do not count. In the correct score competition, it's the score after 90 mins. Extra time and penalties do not count and the pot for each competition will rollover if it doesn't get won. If more than one person chooses the same first goal scorer or correct score, the prize is shared, and everyone gets a little upvote! Don't forget, you can't choose the same prediction as me! It seems I also need to add, one entry per person. Don't forget new rule that only people with a rep of 50 or above are eligible to enter unless they have been approved.
