My Acti-Ice-Cream-Sandwich Report Card: April 2 2023

I had a discussion once based around a post about ice cream and the fact that we had ice cream sandwiches made with real bread here!

I can't for the life of me think which post it was or who I was chatting to but this weekend, whilst back in Bangkok, I caught the coconut ice cream man on our street and being a coconut ice cream addict, had to buy some, deciding to eschew the boring 'tub' and go for the sandwich!

I have no idea why they commonly serve peanuts with ice cream but they do go together well. Sadly, he'd run out of chocolate sauce that take this snack to a whole new level!

Anyway, here it is. An ice cream sandwich made with genuine bread!

@priyanarc ! What a wonderful surprise seeing your name appear this morning when I first log in!
I'd never had coconut ice cream before I came to Thailand and when I first tried it...OMG delicious lol now I can't get enough!

One day, when you're well, a holiday in Thailand would do you so much good and you too can lay on a beach, looking at the blue sky and beautiful ocean , without a care in the world, eating a never ending supply of coconut ice cream!

That's your happy thought for the day. Hold on to it. Everything in life is temporary, including your illness. Keep fighting, girl! The whole of Hive has your back :-)
