What an absolute Muppet. Less than 200 from 10k and I forgot to check before I went to bed last night.

Not going to beat myself up worrying about it but I am annoyed with myself.

It's amazing how the steps rack up as you meander around a huge shopping mall but the downside is of course that you had to go shopping lol

Better luck today, but I have to go to a funeral so that's lots of standing around listening to Monks monotonous chanting.
