El siguiente punto de lo que haré es comprar jugadores que encajen en las filosofías del entrenador. Muchos se centran en lo que los grandes jugadores aportan al equipo y en lo que pueden ofrecer. Todos los equipos compran jugadores que encajan en el estilo de juego del entrenador de los últimos tiempos y no voy a cambiar ese acto. No hay que fichar a un jugador sólo porque sea un gran jugador.
