I'd would be interested to read about your account and what is meant by compromised. I've had two of my accounts 'frozen' because I was transferring to accounts which deal in crypto. I wasn't transferring to buy crypto.

There are some banks in Greece that will not allow any transfer to crypto exchanges, not sure what kind of accounts you are referring to in your comments.
I had my LinkedIn account compromised a week ago and I gave quite a fight to block the scammer and to get my account back..
I may write all about it, but till then - make sure to turn on two - step authentication. It is too important as a security step.
Thanks for clarifying your problem, I'm pleased you got it sorted. Maybe, I should use two-factor authorisation more.
I needed to split a GBP payment, I transferred some GBP to an online bank. Unfortunately, you can also buy crypto through this bank.
