Mi amanecer de los lunes.

Con los ¡Buenos días!

Hoy es lunes, donde hago mis propias reflexiones en mi amanecer de todos los lunes. Hoy es 31 de marzo, un final de mes que le da la bienvenida al inicio de una nueva semana. Puede que sea el final de un mes, pero, como decía mi abuelo, un día viene detrás de otro y el sol sale para todos. Así que, a pesar de que hoy las primeras fotos muestran el cielo gris y nublado, sé, y estoy seguro, que el sol saldrá como siempre al oriente de mi país y me acompañará en un nuevo día, en una nueva aventura de vida.

Sí, digo aventura de vida porque, desde el mismo momento en que desperté, simplemente agradecí por este nuevo día y nueva oportunidad. Esa debe ser la forma de enfrentar tu día: con ánimo. A pesar de que las nubes oculten el sol, no por eso tu día se detiene. No, señor, todo lo contrario: tu día sigue, como sigue un día detrás de otro, donde el sol sale para todos.

Siempre lo digo para hacerlo saber a quién pueda leer: yo estoy agradecido desde el primer momento en que abro mis ojos y sé que estoy respirando. Agradecido por todo lo que tengo, como, por ejemplo, un hogar y una familia, buena salud y comida en mi hogar. Eso ya es motivo de agradecimiento y es la energía que me da la vida para enfrentar cualquier situación. Hoy es lunes, 31 de marzo. Hoy solo me dedicaré a ser feliz, y lo haré de una manera muy simple. Te recomiendo que lo pongas en práctica: cuando uno hace las cosas bien, siempre pasan cosas buenas.

Sé feliz con lo que tienes y eso comienza con un hermoso amanecer.

My Monday sunrise.

A new dawn, a new week

Today is Monday, a day when I make my own reflections during my Monday morning. Today is March 31st, the end of a month that welcomes the beginning of a new week. It may be the end of a month, but, as my grandfather used to say, one day comes after another and the sun rises for everyone. So, even though today the first photos show the sky gray and cloudy, I know, and I am certain, that the sun will rise as always in the east of my country and will accompany me on a new day, a new adventure of life.

Yes, I say adventure of life because, from the very moment I woke up, I simply gave thanks for this new day and new opportunity. That should be the way to face your day: with courage. Even though the clouds hide the sun, that doesn’t mean your day stops. No, sir, quite the opposite: your day continues, as one day follows another, where the sun rises for everyone.

I always say this to let anyone who may read it know: I am grateful from the first moment when I open my eyes and know that I am breathing. Grateful for everything I have, like, for example, a home and a family, good health, and food in my house. That alone is reason for gratitude and is the energy that gives me life to face any situation. Today is Monday, March 31st. Today I will only focus on being happy, and I will do so in a very simple way. I recommend that you put it into practice: when you do things well, good things always happen.

I hope and wish that you enjoy your Monday morning as much as I am enjoying mine.

Be happy with what you have, and that starts with a beautiful sunrise.
