My Actifit Report Card: September 10 2023
To The Mountain At Last!
After another stormy weather that lasted for almost a week, it did not rain for about two days and I was tasked to secure the outpost located uphill. I took that opportunity to have a long walk as I haven't walked long distances since I was transferred to nightshift.
Upon reaching the outpost, I stayed for a while in the area and observed the surroundings.
I also checked if there are breaches at the perimeter fence and when I found out that everything was in order, I radioed my superior at our base and asked for a clearance to go downhill as I noticed that a massive formation of clouds can be seen in the evening sky.
Then on my way downhill a flash of lightning suddenly appeared to the horizon then followed by another.
I hurriedly went to the base for safety as a thunderstorm might occur anywhere and upon reaching the base, it started to rain and unfortunately the lightning flashes only occurred briefly. This is my Actifit report card for today and thanks for your time reading my humble content.
