My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2023
A Busy Day That Was Monday
Yesterday was a busy day as I started attending a clean up drive organized by our superiors to remove debris left by the storm. I used an improvised broom made from a tree branch and leaves to sweep the accumulated debris along the access road going to our base.
Compared to a made of coconut midribs, my improvised broom is more efficient to use because it can sweep more debris with just a single stroke unlike the traditional that involves a lot of sweeping to scrape the debris. However, I have to exert some extra force and maintain my balance at the same for the broom to work well and to avoid my foot from sliding on the slippery pavement.
After we are done with the cleaning works, we proceeded to our respective work areas and once again I was assigned to the boondocks and as usual have to walk on a muddy dirt road going uphill.
While stationed on my post, I received a message from our base to inform me that I will be assigned to another work area (that is today) which means I have to thoroughly inspect the work area before handling it to the next personnel.
Have to pause here for a moment as I have to render my tasks in my present work assignment and more of this walk will be relayed tomorrow in Wednesday Walk Community hosted by our good friend @,tatoodjay.
