Recently I noticed I have added like 10kg weight and I've been feeling a serious pain on my joints that is the my knee lately so I decided to start a little exercise in other to get away some fat in me.
my day one bicycle riding..
this Is the round about I have to ride the bicycle around here for ten times.
I started yesterday bicycle ride round the compound for ten time. This kind of exercise is not a small task but I try to ride round the compound as you can see from the picture how am good in riding bicycle the only challenge right now is am looking for someone that can challenge me in Riding.
My day two bicycle rides goes very easy.
Though I feel pain all over my joints after riding the bicycle but it help a lot as after today I feel a little bit better.
Who say exercise is not good if Paul the Apostle in the Bible could mention sport in the scripture. It reads body exercise profited a little meaning exercise make you smart and fit for the daily activities.
