My Actifit Report Card: April 2 2022
Feeling a little weird, but at least I was able to confirm that if I have any lactose intolerance it’s at pretty significant volumes of consumption because my symptoms have been consistently low the last few days.
Physical activity is still low because I’m waiting to stop resting after my next follow-up. I have a prescription to pick up, which I got sorted out at my pharmacy (they had old insurance, I had to give them my new info), though they didn’t have it ready yet, as an exploratory thing to see if stomach acid is causing my issues (probably not, but it doesn’t hurt to check).
Writing was a little harder today, but given my average writing over the last few weeks was pretty impressive I won’t beat myself up over it. Plus, I got a decent chunk of editing done on my book on libertarianism, so now I can at least point out that I did what I had to do as a responsible adult.
Other than that I just can’t think of much to write about. I was listening to some Charlton Heston-narrated biographies of Aquinas and Augustine on Audible, since they’re included in the subscription and I figured I could stand to learn a little more (yeah, I know, I should read their actual work, but I’m trying not to get into something too big right now and have more excuses not to work, which is perhaps not great since I’m just distracting myself with small things).
Going to give myself a real day off tomorrow, which means that I’m not planning to write anything though I probably will.
