However, this raises some questions for me, especially since the team is not going through its best moment.

Many of them are loaned out or sold to other clubs. For many, this does not make much sense, either for fans or for those who understand football, as it is not a viable model for achieving success.

Maresca carece de experiencia en el máximo nivel, y se ha demostrado en esta temporada, donde ha faltado control y manejo del partido.
Como dije anteriormente, la política de fichajes es comprar jóvenes talentosos que tengan una proyección a futuro. Yo me pregunto: ¿qué jugador del equipo ha mostrado una mejoría significativa bajo la dirección de Enzo Maresca? El sistema de juego no favorece al perfil de jugador que se está comprando.
¿El club tiene una identidad de juego clara?
