My Actifit Report Card: March 20 2025
It was good to be back on campus, running around some more. Spent a chunk of time in the auto shop today, so got some activity for that one.
Then, went home for a quick bir to eat before hitting the weightroom. Started with deadlifts to calf raises. Had a couple of different curls, throw in some push-ups and some dumbbell bench press. Had some sumo squats, then finished the whole thing with some crunches.
Finished the day with getting ready for tomorrow and some dishes.
