My Actifit Report Card: March 6 2025
Today was an okay day, running around a lot, took the wife to the doctor, which it was a walk to the specialist building.
Then some pacing and some housework.
Most of the activity came from the workout. It was good in the gym, started with some incline bench press. Threw in some skull crushers, followed by some barbell step ups. Add in some squats, tricep push-ups, some dips that were really rough. Finished up with some superman's. All in all a good workout.
