My Actifit Report Card: February 24 2025
Today was a busy day, ran around campus a few times, which was great.
Always good to be around the students, and I made a mistake with a meeting space, so I ended up walking the distance twice.
When I got home, I was able to eat dinner then make it to the workout room for a good lifting session.
A couple of different rows, had a couple of different curls, some tricep push-downs along with some skull crushers. Finished uo with some atiff-legged good mornings.
