My Actifit Report Card: January 29 2025
Today was the celebration of the Lunar New Year, it is now the year of the snake! So, needless to say, there was a lot of cooking today, which is a good thing, then eating lots of food.
I also got a good amount of walking in while I was on the phone, about a mile worth of pacing...
Then we made it to the weightroom. Started with some deadlifts, had couple of different incline curls, finished with some superman's. The rough one was the box jumps, I will feel them tomorrow.
