My Actifit Report Card: January 16 2025
Today was not too bad a day, but tracking down some people caused me to walk all around campus, which was kind of rough, but great catching up with other people.
Then, after getting home and grabbing a quick bite to eat, it was off to the weight room!
It was a decent workout, a lot of strain on the elbow, though. A couple of different rows, along with a couple of different curls, threw in some benchpress with some push-ups. Finished with some sit-ups, it was a good workout.
