My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2025

So... I ended up taking the day off due to the snowstorm, which was not fun. Due to this, most of my activity came from shoveling the snow drifts in the driveway.

It took me over an hour of twisting and turning and moving the shovel around, along with a few face fulls of snow due to the wind blowing back at me.

Then, I did a good chunk of housework that included laundry and dishes among cleaning.

I also got some good stretches in to loosen that back up after the shoveling.
