My Actifit Report Card: December 30 2024

Today became busier than I thought it was, i didn't think I moved around all that much.

However, i did do a good amount of cleaning and housework today. Including cleaning the kitchen, cleaning the fans around the house, doing some laundry, and some vacuuming.

Then, i can to fix a seal on a window, which is not a lot of fun and takes awhile to do, but you could tell the temperature change immediately!

Throw in some stretching throughout the day and I guess it all adds up!
