My Actifit Report Card: December 12 2024

Today was a pretty busy day, especially for activity. There was a STEM festival on campus, and I was helping with it, so lots of walking involved.

I delivered food to people, and I also helped with a physics portion. The kids launched air powered rockets, then they put water in them to see which would launch higher, then change the variables, good times!

Then, I came home and got some cleaning and cooking done before doing a good amount of stretching to round out the day.
