Today was a pretty busy day just running around and cleaning some more, which is always a good thing!

Spent time with family and extended family, 0laying some games, played some games with some friends.

A good chunk of the activity came from working out. Not too harsh of one, but a good way to close out a full week of working out, good to get back into the swing of things! Even if the super man with scapchion hurt like hell!
