My Actifit Report Card: November 17 2024

Today was another busy day, lots of movement and running around the house, cleaning and the like.

Even though it was warmer out today, almost fifty, I still ended up doing a good amount of shoveling. The ice pile that we have in the middle of the driveway... i spent a lot of time and most of my activity, moving it around spreading it out into the street so that it would melt.

Add in a good amount of stretching, and the day is completed. The back is getting there.
