My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2024

Today was a busy day around the house, going back a forth, cooking a couple of meals, along with some snacks forth week, it is becoming chex mix season after all!!

Then, a good chunk of cleaning was done, especially in the kitchen. While waiting on stuff to get done cooking or soaking was getting a lot of stretching done, the soreness from Friday has hit me.

After that, make a quick run out for an errand and then prepped for tomorrow, hopefully the dayshouldbe good.
