My Actifit Report Card: April 28 2024

Today was a pretty good day as well, a lot more house work, just trying to get in the spring cleaning, not going the greatest, but at least the process is started.

Then I was able to get a nice heavy bag workout in as well, so that was positive, it really got my heat pumping!

Add in multiple stretches throughout the day and it came to be a good thing.

Constant exercise keeps us active, full of encouragement and motivation. I started using actifit today and would be happy to meet a daily step goal just for self-discipline. 💪
