Today was a lot more walking for the conference, not much different. However, the strike across the street, getting really annoying, you lose sympathy from me when after 10 at night you are being really loud and disruptive, even more sowhen you end at midnight and start at 6 am. I feel sorry for the people who live close by, there is no reason for it, where is the basic human respect?

Anyway, on to the activity, just walking with some stretching thrown in, but mostly walking and walking, but at least I got it in!
