Today was a slower day for activity, most of it came from Beat Saber, really got the blood pumping, but also getting some stretching in helped to loosen things up.

Tomorrow should be more walking due to a work day retreat but also back into the weightroom as well!

Also, throw in some house chores to top every thing off.
