My Actifit Report Card: December 22 2022
Today I think I had more activity through shivering than normal movement! The hottest it got was -4 Fahrenheit or -20 Celsius, that was the temp I decided to shovel the driveway.
So that was fun, I did get aerobic activity through VR as well, just really bundled up, not a lot if fun with that!
