My Actifit Report Card: January 4 2022
It's another beautiful day. Too bad I couldn't go out to enjoy it. Well, I should be able to do so in about two days or so which mean that I just need to be patient.
Anyhow, today, I added yoga to my activities to spice things up since it's boring to just do aerobics, stretching and weightlifting all the time.
The only problem with yoga though was that it doesn't require me to move that much which mean that my activity score wasn't that high despite exercising for 3 hours. That being said I did endeavor to get at least 10k points so it's still acceptable. Still, I might try something different tomorrow and see how things goes.
