My Actifit Report Card: January 1 2022
Happy New Year!
We did it! We actually survived 2021 and made it to 2022!
Jokes aside, I wished everyone a safe and prosperous 2022. Hopefully, 2022 would fare better than 2021. Maybe the pandemic and the lockdowns would end this year?
So anyhow, I was actually able to do my exercise activities today without much difficult despite sleeping really late and drinking about 2 bottles of beer.
Well, it was just 2 bottles of beer so I'm far from being drunk but I did sleep very late (3 am) so I really thought that I'll wake up really late. But to my surprise, I was able to wake up by 6 am which allows me to do a bit exercising.
That being said, sleeping only for 3 hours is far from healthy so I'll try to get some shut eye later.
