My Actifit Report Card: December 28 2021
The sky finally cleared up enough for me to go out. Well, for about 45 minutes at least...
Yeah, after 45 minutes of jogging and running, the weather turned for the worse again this forcing me to prematurely stop my outdoor activities. It can't be helped really as this is the norm.
When I say the norm, I mean my country being visited by a typhoon or two during the month of December. Fortunately, my country's weather and meteorological agency announced that a second typhoon was unlikely to hit before the end of 2021.
So anyhow, today's activities consisted of both indoor and outdoor activities. But because of the reason previously stated, majority of my score was from indoor activities such as aerobics and house chores. I wished it was the reverse though but it can't be helped since there's nothing I could do about the weather.
