My Actifit Report Card: December 24 2021

This is a weird day. For some reason, I have to struggle a lot just to get 10k points. Okay, maybe it's not because of "some reason".

The problem actually lies with me and the fact that I'm not particularly motivated to do some workout today. Why? Two folds. One it's raining. And two, it's almost Christmas Eve.

Yeah, because of those two reasons, my motivation to exercise is in all-time low. The rain needs no explanation since the rain would always affect my motivation. As for Christmas Eve, it's probably because it's the holiday and I just want to unwind today without having to worry about my body aching after every workout session.

That being said, I don't think my attempt to be lazy today didn't work since I was still able to get 10k points despite my lack of motivation. Yeah, it's complicated...

Anyhow, I'll that's all for my report. But before say goodbye, I would like to wish everyone an advance Merry Christmas!

Despite being conflicted, nice job with your 10026 @actifit steps for the day! I completely understand how you are feeling as I've been kind of having a month of feeling the same. I know I'm going to have to straighten up after Christmas is over.
