My Actifit Report Card: December 23 2021

It's raining today. That said, it's not that strong of a rain but it did prevented me from going outside for some jogging and running. Not that it matters since I don't plan on going outside today. After all, I had the shot yesterday.

Although the medical worker didn't say anything about staying at home after getting the vaccine it's still better to be cautious. Oh yeah, since it's only my first shot, I need to return in January for my second booster.

Anyhow, I was feeling slightly feverish last night which might be a side effect of the vaccine. Besides that I didn't experience anything else. Well, it has only been a day, so who knows, right?

So since I was feeling feverish, not to mention that it was raining and all; today's activities were pretty much done at home. So yeah, just aerobics, stretching, and weightlifting. Oh right, walking too.

To be honest, I had the thought of skipping today's activities but I felt like it's a waste so I still woke up early for some workouts. My score wasn't too high though because of the aforementioned reasons but I did endeavor to get 10k, so that's still something.
