My Actifit Report Card: December 13 2021

I started very early today because I need to go out of town by 7 am to process some documents. That being said, I did try to get as much as possible from my daily morning routine so my score is still okay.

So today I mostly did aerobics coupled with a bit of jogging, running, and walking. The reason for this was because it's still very dark when I started. And as I'm being careful from possible injuries, I could only do outdoor activities like jogging, running, and walking after the sky became a little brighter.

Anyways, that's all for my report for now since I needed to prepare first before leaving. Till next time.
