Hello everyone, I share with you my activity report of January 14 in which I reached the 10k steps starting the day working, when I returned home I rested to recover from the guard and in the afternoon I went out with my husband to do the shopping for the fortnight, in general it was a quiet day, so far my report, greetings.

Hola a todos les comparto mi reporte de actividad del 21 de enero en el que salí del trabajo después de mucha actividad, llegué a la casa a descansar y por la tarde fui conocer el parque de La Plancha con mi esposo ya que yo no lo conocía, es un parque con una gran extensión y algunas amenidades, la verdad es muy bonito, aquí les dejo unas fotos, con ellas me despido hasta el próximo reporte, saludos.
